The rules for using HUGONGO.

By using this website and the HUGONGO MCP connector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What HUGONGO is
HUGONGO is an activity-travel discovery engine and booking router, a division of Custany, LLC. We help you — and AI assistants acting on your behalf — find activities and send booking requests to independent, third-party travel operators. HUGONGO is a facilitator: we are not the operator, tour provider, or seller of any activity, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with an operator. Operators are solely responsible for their services, pricing, availability, and safety.
Booking requests
Sending a booking request through HUGONGO is a request, not a confirmed reservation. Availability, final pricing, and confirmation are determined by the operator. HUGONGO does not process payment for activities during beta; any payment is arranged directly between you and the operator.
Using the service and the connector
- Use HUGONGO only for lawful purposes, and provide accurate information in booking requests.
- Don't abuse, overload, mass-scrape, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service or its API. We apply rate limits and may restrict access to protect the service.
- The MCP connector is offered under the open Model Context Protocol standard with no login. You are responsible for how you connect it to your AI tools.
- We will never ask for your passwords or payment-card details through a chat or the connector.
Beta service; no warranty
HUGONGO is provided on a beta basis, "as is" and "as available." Activity details such as seasons, durations, and prices may be approximate or change, and we don't warrant that the service or its data will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custany, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, omissions, or services of any operator, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Intellectual property
The HUGONGO name, logo, and the site's content and design are owned by Custany, LLC. The activity data is provided to help you plan and book — please don't copy or redistribute it in bulk.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We'll change the "last updated" date above.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
